We are committed to offering electives, programs, clubs, and extracurricular activities that align with the four Green Mountain High School academies.
Foothills Elementary School is a wonderful neighborhood school nestled in the foothills of the Green Mountain area in west Jefferson County. All Foothills students benefit from an innovation block every week where students have the opportunity to participate in activities that align with the four Green Mountain High School Academies (Arts, Performing Arts & Humanities, Business & Global Studies, Health & Human Services, and STEM).
Our school serves 279 students in preschool through 5th grade. We are dedicated to empowering our community to be lifelong learners, responsible citizens, and global leaders by incorporating 21st Century Skills in supporting the whole child, including incorporating social emotional learning as part of our daily instruction. Foothills supports Jeffco Generations by providing authentic tasks that help students to grow both socially and academically.
